The NCG3021LE CNC Nesting Machine with Automatic Loading and Unloading is a large-format automated nesting system for cabinet, wardrobe and panel furniture production. It integrates automatic panel loading, labeling, CNC nesting and automatic unloading into one production cell, reducing manual material handling between processes. The machine provides a 3100 × 2100 mm processing area, high-speed servo movement, automatic tool changing and a multi-zone vacuum table for stable workpiece holding. Nanxing positions the NCG3021LE for flexible, high-throughput custom furniture production and integration with digital nesting and production-management software.
