Highlights
The MF2510CNC-4 CNC Linear Knife Grinder is designed for precision sharpening of straight woodworking knives and long cutting tools. It combines PLC programmable control, servo-driven automatic feeding, tool-touch sensing and an electromagnetic worktable for repeatable grinding. The machine can automatically identify the initial grinding position, compensate for grinding wheel wear and store machining programs. Its dual grinding-head structure allows two grinding wheels with different grit sizes to be used for coarse and fine sharpening in one setup.
- Effective grinding length: 1000 mm
- Main grinding motor: 2.2 kW
- Secondary grinding motor: 1.5 kW
- Grinding wheel speed: 2800 r/min
- Worktable rotation: ±90°
- Grinding head speed: 0–18 m/min
- Machine size: 2840 × 1160 × 1700 mm
