The 180° Panel Flipping Machine is designed for automatic in-place turnover of panels, doors and other flat workpieces in woodworking and furniture production lines. It rotates the workpiece through 180 degrees for reverse-side machining, inspection, assembly or downstream processing without requiring large additional floor space. The system can be configured with roller, belt, synchronous belt or chain conveying, allowing integration with different production-line layouts. Standard operation supports workpieces up to 50 kg, with flipping speeds of up to 5 cycles per minute.
