Highlights
The L200 Automatic Wood Strip Stacker is designed for automatic unloading, layer forming, stacking, buffering and downstream transfer of long solid wood components. It is suitable for moulding strips, finger-jointed wood, dimensional lumber and other linear wood products from automated woodworking production lines. The system uses four stacking lifting bases, including one fixed station and three adjustable stations, allowing the support positions to be adapted to different workpiece lengths. It handles workpieces from 1100 to 6000 mm long, with a maximum single-piece weight of approximately 35 kg, and reaches a working capacity of up to 20 pieces per minute. Automatic pneumatic spacer-strip placement can insert battens during stacking, while completed stacks can be transferred to roller conveyors, chain conveyors, buffer systems or pallet frames. Electrical, PLC and pneumatic configurations can be customized according to project and regional requirements, including Siemens, ABB and Schneider Electric control components, with Festo pneumatic components available where specified.
- Wood strip length: 1100–6000 mm
- Wood strip width: 50–250 mm
- Wood strip thickness: 16–80 mm
- Maximum single-piece weight: ≤35 kg
- Working capacity: Up to 20 pcs/min
- Maximum stack height: 1200 mm
- Stacking stations: 4 lifting bases

Features
- Four-point stacking support uses one fixed lifting base and three manually adjustable bases, providing stable support for wood components from 1100 to 6000 mm long.
- The approximately 600 mm stacking starting height eliminates the need for a foundation pit and simplifies integration into existing woodworking production lines.
- Four automatic pneumatic spacer-strip installation units can place 35 × 10 mm spacer strips between layers for improved airflow, storage and downstream handling.
- Finished stacks can be transferred directly to roller conveyors, chain conveyors, buffer conveyors or pallet frames, allowing the L200 to integrate into larger automated production systems.
- Electrical and control configurations can be adapted to customer requirements. Siemens, ABB or Schneider Electric electrical and PLC components can be specified, while Festo pneumatic components can be selected for projects requiring international-brand automation hardware.
