The Dragon W400 Gantry Loading & Unloading System is a 4-leg gantry automation solution designed for automatic feeding, unloading, transfer and positioning of panels, timber and other woodworking components. Its four-leg support structure provides a stable installation platform for larger working areas and customized production-line layouts. Servo-controlled horizontal and vertical movement enables stable and repeatable material handling, while payload, gantry span, working range and gripper configuration can be adapted to different applications. A typical configuration handles workpieces up to approximately 70 kg, with reference workpiece dimensions of 300–3000 mm in length, 300–1200 mm in width and 10–80 mm in thickness. Handling capacity is approximately 4–7 cycles per minute, depending on travel distance, workpiece dimensions, weight and handling sequence. The standard configuration uses a sponge-type vacuum gripper, while vacuum tooling, suction cup arrangement and control components can be customized according to project requirements.

- The gantry beam can be optionally configured with an aluminum-alloy structure for higher travel speed and faster positioning. However, the lighter beam design may limit the maximum handling payload. The standard configuration uses a steel gantry beam for higher rigidity and load capacity.

- Typical handling capacity is approximately 4–7 cycles per minute, with actual cycle time depending on gantry travel distance, machine layout, workpiece characteristics and handling sequence.
- PLC, HMI, electrical, pneumatic, sensing and vacuum components can be configured according to project requirements, including Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric or equivalent international-brand components where required.
