NB100 Timber Frame Wall Panel Assembly Machine

Product Details

Highlights

The HC WoodTech NB100 Timber Frame Wall Panel Assembly Machine combines wall framing, automatic squaring and clamping, sheathing fastening and optional CNC processing within one integrated workstation. Production data can be transferred directly from timber-frame design software, allowing servo-controlled fastening units to automatically position according to the wall-panel drawing. Heavy-duty adjustable tables securely square and clamp the timber frame, while optional routing, membrane application and batten installation functions allow additional processes to be completed without repeatedly transferring the panel between separate machines. It is designed for prefabricated timber walls, wood-frame construction and modular building production.

  • Minimum panel height: 1500 mm
  • Maximum panel height: 5000 mm
  • Available panel length: 6000–13,000 mm
  • Maximum panel thickness: 500 mm
  • Working height: 825 mm
  • Standard bridge function: Nailing / stapling
  • Control: PC control with 2 × 19″ touchscreens

Features

  • Framing and fastening in one workstation — combines timber-frame assembly with automatic nailing or stapling of sheathing, reducing panel handling between separate production stations.
  • Automatic squaring and clamping — heavy-duty tables use a fixed and movable side together with pneumatically retractable 90° stops to position and clamp wall panels accurately.
  • Servo-controlled fastening bridge — nailing and stapling tools automatically travel to programmed positions, with tool height also controlled according to production data from the wall drawing.
  • Direct CAD/CAM data integration — production information can be automatically downloaded from major timber-frame design software, reducing manual programming and improving consistency between design and manufacturing.
  • Expandable processing functions — optional equipment can add CNC routing, drilling of openings, additional fastening tools, membrane application, batten installation, gluing and material-handling functions for more complete wall-panel production.
