Highlights
The MALK6028X16 Multi-Station Mortise & Tenon CNC Machining Center is designed for high-efficiency machining of solid wood furniture components with multiple surfaces, angles and machining processes. Its dual working zones and 8 rotary worktable groups allow up to 4 workpieces to be processed simultaneously in each zone, while the two zones can operate independently, alternately or be combined for workpieces up to 6000 mm long. Rotary worktables and a rotary tool system enable grooving, drilling, carving, profiling, edge milling, sawing, tenoning and chamfering on five surfaces and angled faces, reducing repeated handling and setup between processes.
- Working zones: 2 independent zones
- Worktable groups: 8 rotary stations
- Simultaneous processing: 4 workpieces per zone
- Maximum clamping capacity: 8 workpieces
- Maximum combined workpiece length: 6000 mm
- Tool capacity: Up to 16 tools
- Maximum feed speed: 35 m/min

Pneumatic door control enables convenient opening and closing of the protective enclosure for safer and easier machine access.
Industrial electrical components with braking-function inverters provide stable machine control and reliable operation under continuous production conditions.
Self-developed control software with PLC integration and a 21-inch display provides one-touch startup, production counting, working-time monitoring and clear machine operation.
Fully enclosed machine guarding helps contain flying chips and dust, while flexible sealing panels further reduce leakage around the machining area.
Integrated Chip Conveyor & Discharge Chute,Internal discharge chutes guide chips directly to the suspended conveyor system for centralized removal and improved dust extraction efficiency.
Left & Right Reference Positioning Independent pneumatic reference stops provide accurate workpiece positioning, with left-side horizontal adjustment and space-saving right-side vertical movement.
Left & Right Reference Positioning Independent pneumatic reference stops provide accurate workpiece positioning, with left-side horizontal adjustment and space-saving right-side vertical movement.
Dual automatic lubrication pumps provide adjustable oiling intervals and quantities, with low-oil warning for reliable long-term operation.
Integrated air tank and pressure-boosting system maintain sufficient air volume and stable pneumatic performance during continuous machining.
Four linear guide sets, precision ball screws and dual balancing cylinders provide high rigidity, stable vertical movement and precise Z-axis positioning.
Schneeberger linear guides and ball-screw transmission with high-torque servo control provide stable, accurate Y-axis movement.
Schneeberger linear guides, precision rack-and-pinion transmission and servo drive ensure smooth movement, accurate positioning and high machining efficiency.
Four rotary tool groups hold up to 16 tools in total, reducing tool-change preparation time and supporting a wide range of machining operations.
Imported Schneeberger linear guides with pneumatic locking provide smooth movement, precise positioning and stable machining support.
Upper and side pressure clamping securely holds the workpiece, reducing machining errors caused by curved or irregular material.
Eight integrated rotary worktable groups support independent ±90° positioning, allowing up to eight workpieces to be clamped and processed simultaneously across two working zones.
Features
- Dual working zones can process independently or alternately, allowing loading and unloading in one zone while the other zone continues machining to reduce idle time.
- 8 rotary worktable groups support up to 8 clamped workpieces across both zones, with each worktable unit capable of independent or synchronized rotation within ±90°.
- A rotary 16-tool system carries four tool groups with up to four tools per group, reducing manual tool changes for multi-process machining.
- The machine supports grooving, drilling, carving, profiling, edge milling, sawing, tenoning and chamfering, including machining on five sides excluding the bottom and on angled surfaces.
- Heavy-duty frame construction, imported Schneeberger guideways, four Z-axis guide rails, automatic lubrication and a fully enclosed chip-conveying system provide stable positioning and reliable continuous production.
