Highlights

The MT4X4-SX CNC Mortise & Tenon Machining Center is designed for high-efficiency machining of long solid wood components with flexible single-station or dual-station operation. Its dual worktables can operate independently or synchronously and rotate from +90° to -90°, allowing flexible angular positioning for different joint-processing requirements. The machine can process up to 4 workpieces simultaneously in two rows, while eight high-speed manual tool-change spindles provide flexible cutting capability for mortise, tenon and related machining operations. With a maximum single-station material length of 4.6 m, heavy-duty guideway structure and servo-controlled motion, the MT4X4-SX is designed for stable and productive batch machining.
