The MR4S-S1200 16-Head CNC Milling Machine is a multi-surface machining solution designed for profiling, drilling, grooving and line cutting of solid wood components. Its 16-head configuration combines multiple machining functions on a single CNC platform, while one worktable can process up to 4 workpieces in each cycle, with each workpiece supporting up to four different tool types. Equipped with a Taiwan LNC CNC system, EtherCAT communication, 5-axis simultaneous control and RTCP, the machine provides flexible multi-side machining for straight and curved solid wood components while reducing repeated clamping and machining steps.
