Highlights
The MU-DM52 Dual-Channel Two-Head Five-Axis Machining Center is designed for milling, drilling and sawing curved or contoured components. Its independent left and right worktables can process two identical workpieces simultaneously or machine two different components at the same time.
The machine uses two five-axis working heads with a cross-type spindle arrangement. Up to four tools can be installed for different machining operations, and the active tool position can be changed through a 90-degree spindle rotation. An LNC CNC system with RTCP control, EtherCAT bus communication, precision axis transmission and flexible workpiece clamping supports stable multi-axis production.
