The QMX3825E Double-End Tenoner is designed for continuous double-end trimming and tenoning of solid wood, engineered flooring and panel furniture components. Chain-driven continuous feeding enables both ends of the workpiece to be machined in one pass, while independent upper and lower sawing and milling units provide flexible adjustment for different processing requirements. With a 300–2500 mm working width, PLC control and high-speed milling spindles, the machine is suitable for efficient batch production and can be integrated with four-side moulders and conveyor systems for automated solid wood production lines.
