The QMX8030M Double-End Sizing and Tenoning Machine is a heavy-duty eight-spindle woodworking machine developed for cut-to-length sizing, squaring, edge trimming, grooving, profiling and tenoning of wide wood components. Its eight processing units consist of a cut-off saw, grooving saw, jump-cutter milling spindle and main milling spindle on each side of the machine. With a working width of up to 3000 mm, it can process both ends of wide solid wood boards, furniture panels, cabinet components and engineered flooring in one continuous pass. Independent spindle adjustment, variable-frequency feeding, CNC pressure-beam height control and a rigid cast machine bed provide flexible setup, clean edges and stable high-volume production.

Features
- The eight-unit processing configuration includes two cut-off saws, two grooving saws, two jump-cutter milling spindles and two main milling spindles for sizing, squaring, trimming, grooving and tenoning both ends in one pass.
- Each spindle provides independent tilt, advance/retract and vertical adjustment, with handwheel control, digital displays and graduated scales for accurate positioning.
- The grooving saws and front milling cutters incorporate a jump-cutter function to reduce burrs, tear-out and edge chipping during end machining.
- The machine uses a one-piece cast bed, high-precision synchronous feeding belts, aluminum-alloy chain plates and bearing-guided movement for rigidity, smooth feeding and reliable accuracy.
- The dual-column pressure-beam system with CNC height adjustment provides stable workpiece pressing, while the optional independent servo drive synchronizes the pressure belts with the conveyor chains.
