Highlights
The SPR-RP700 Planer Sander integrates spiral planing, semi-fine sanding and fine sanding into one continuous woodworking process. A front spiral planer performs initial thickness calibration before two sanding units complete intermediate and finish sanding, helping reduce sanding-belt consumption and power usage while improving production efficiency. With a 700 mm working width, heavy-duty welded frame and variable-frequency feeding, it is suitable for solid wood panels, edge-glued boards and other precision thicknessing and surface-finishing applications.
- Maximum sanding width: 700 mm
- Sanding thickness: 10–160 mm
- Minimum workpiece length: 500 mm
- Feeding speed: 6–30 m/min
- Planer speed: 28 m/s
- Sanding belt speeds: 21 / 16 m/s
- Total motor power: 41.2 kW
