- The QCM QMJ145F is a top-spindle chain-feed multi-blade rip saw designed for the simultaneous longitudinal cutting of wide solid wood workpieces.
- The machine body and rear support column are manufactured as heavy-duty integral castings. Multiple aging treatments and precision machining provide excellent rigidity, structural stability and long-term cutting accuracy.
- A precision-manufactured upper saw arbor supports multiple circular saw blades, allowing one workpiece to be divided into several accurately sized strips during a single feeding cycle.
- The feeding system combines a hardened gear reducer with frequency-inverter control, providing smooth and powerful feeding with an adjustable speed range of 3–24 m/min.
- With a maximum cutting width of 350 mm and a working thickness range of 10–170 mm, the QMJ145F is suitable for high-volume solid wood ripping and width-sizing applications.
