MDK5024 — Four-Station, Five-Face Tenon & Mortise Machining Center

MDK5024 is a high-efficiency CNC tenon-and-mortise machining center designed for flexible joinery production with both speed and accuracy.

  • 4 workpieces per clamp: load four parts at once and machine both ends + three faces automatically in one cycle.
  • 5-face machining capability: ideal for complex joinery that needs multi-side processing with consistent alignment.
  • Auto flipping up to 180°: automatic indexing/flipping within 0–180° for multi-angle processing.
  • Servo fixtures: fixtures can be configured as single or multi-group, adapting to different part sizes and production modes.
  • Rotary tool change with 4-row cutter magazine: reduces manual steps and changeover time, boosting throughput.
  • Fully enclosed, dust-proof structure + robust column design: built for stable, long-duty production with improved rigidity.

 

1.Fixture Adjustment

Rapid fixture adjustment can be achieved simply by releasing the pneumatic button, moving the fixture to the designated position, and then locking the pneumatic button.

 

2.Servo-driven Fixture Tilting

The servo-driven fixture flipping features higher rotation accuracy, enabling automatic workpiece turning and machining at any angle within the 180° range

 

3.Rotary Tool Changer
Equipped with 4 groups of 5.5Kw air-cooled spindles, 4 groups of 3.7Kw air-cooled spindles and a rotary tool changer, it boasts higher tool changing efficiency and can achieve tenon and mortise processes at multiple special angles.
4.Tenon and Mortise Module
Equipped with dozens of process modules for common tenon and mortise joints, it needs no programming and supports expansion.
5.Safety Light Curtain
Safety protective covers and safety light curtains are equipped; the machine will automatically stop when personnel approach during processing.

 

 

6.Automatic Chip Removal

Equipped with a chip integration device at the bottom, it can automatically collect and discharge machining chips.

 

 

7.High-precision spindle

Equipped with P4-class high-precision ceramic ball bearings.  It features 4×5.5KW spindles (12,000 r/min) and 4×3.7KW spindles (18,000 r/min).
