The customer is a professional panel furniture manufacturer based in Poland, focusing on cabinet and customized furniture production for both domestic and European markets. With growing order volume and higher quality requirements, the factory is upgrading key processing stations to improve efficiency, reduce labor dependency, and ensure consistent machining accuracy.
This project includes 4 six-side drilling machines, 5 multi-row drilling machines, 1 double-end edge banding line, and 1 single edge banding machine, supported by auxiliary automation systems for loading, transferring, buffering, and unloading.
We provided a complete panel furniture factory planning solution, covering layout design, equipment configuration, material flow optimization, and automation integration, ensuring smooth connection between cutting, drilling, and edge banding processes.
