Highlights
The QMX1425DT Horizontal Double-End Tenoner is designed for accurate machining of wide wood and panel components from 600 to 2500 mm. Adjustable positioning pins on two high-precision lateral conveyor chains help maintain perpendicularity between the machined ends and the reference edge. An optoelectronically controlled buffer magazine provides automatic feeding for continuous production. Upper and lower saws at the first station, together with a jump-cutting mechanism, help reduce edge chipping during profiling, especially when processing veneered panels. Configurable machining positions allow the machine to accommodate different production requirements.
