The QMX8025S Double-End Tenoner with Sanding is an integrated double-end machining solution for solid wood cabinet doors, bathroom doors, American-style cabinet doors and solid wood furniture components. It combines end milling, profiling, triangular belt sanding and profile sanding in one continuous process, allowing workpieces to proceed directly to the next production stage after machining. Pneumatic clamping on the milling stations helps prevent workpiece deformation, while adjustable feed speed and sanding speed provide flexibility for different solid wood profiles and finishing requirements.
