Highlights
The QMXK1225JS Double-End Sawing, Milling and Sanding Machine integrates double-end trimming, milling, triangular sanding and profile sanding in one complete system. Its processing sequence includes lower saw scoring, upper cut-off sawing, jump-cut milling, profile milling, triangular sanding and multi-functional sanding. The machine is designed for solid wood cabinet doors, bathroom doors, American-style cabinet doors and solid wood furniture products. Pneumatic clamping helps reduce workpiece deformation during milling, while the servo-driven pressure system keeps the pressure belts synchronized with the conveyor chains. After sawing, milling and sanding, workpieces can proceed directly to the next production process.
