Highlights
The NB860EC Automatic Edge Banding Machine is designed for precision edge banding of furniture panels, including pre-drilled nesting panels. It integrates pre-milling, pre-heating, gluing, end trimming, fine trimming, corner rounding, scraping and buffing into one continuous process. The intelligent PC control system provides servo adjustment of the infeed fence, tape pressing rollers, fine trimming and scraping units, while pneumatic adjustment supports corner rounding. A rigid, CNC-machined machine structure ensures stable operation and long service life, with feeding speeds of 16, 20 and 24 m/min.
