The NB781D Edge Banding Machine with V-Belt is designed for precision edge banding of furniture panels, notched edges and skeleton door frames. It features a dual glue pot system with PUR gluing and pre-melting, supporting different edge band colors with reduced cleaning during changeovers. The machine integrates servo-controlled end cutting, high-speed four-motor corner rounding, precision edge scraping, and reciprocating buffing and waxing. Its intelligent PC-based control system supports parameter presets and automatic process selection, while optional laser edge banding and barcode scanning provide additional production flexibility. A rigid welded steel frame and integrated dust extraction system support stable industrial operation.
