Highlights
The N2508 Throughfeed Drilling Center is a continuous CNC boring line designed for flexible batch production and customized panel furniture manufacturing. It uses two gantries and four independently controlled drilling blocks, providing a total of 84 vertical drills and 16 horizontal drills. The machine can process four sides of a panel in one pass and supports multiple machining modes for either one large panel or two smaller panels simultaneously. Four independently controlled PU belt conveyor sections create a continuous material flow through waiting, machining and unloading stations, reducing idle time between workpieces.
