Highlights
The NCP3312Z2 CNC Machining Center is a pod-and-rail CNC system designed for customized furniture and panel component production. It can complete 5-side drilling and top-side routing in one setup, while two working stations can operate alternately to improve production efficiency. The machine uses a 12 kW HSK-63F main spindle, 14 vertical drills, 8 horizontal drills, one grooving saw and an 8-position servo-controlled automatic tool changer. Six movable support rails with multiple vacuum pod types allow panels of different shapes and sizes to be securely positioned for machining.
