The PUR Flat Lamination Line is designed for laminating sheet materials such as PP, PVC, PET, and PETG films onto various substrates, including calcium silicate boards, wood panels, metal sheets, ceramics, honeycomb boards, and wooden doors.
It provides a high-quality, durable surface finish for wall panels, kitchen and bathroom materials, and architectural decoration.
Production Process

Double Surface Dust Cleaner – Removes dust from both sides of the board to ensure strong adhesion.

Infrared Preheating Machine – Preheats the substrate for better glue penetration.

Gluing Machine – Applies PUR adhesive evenly across the surface.

Sheet Feeding Station – Aligns and feeds laminated sheets smoothly.
